About the MSA

We are a 501(c)3 non profit organization in the state of Minnesota comprised of a volunteer board of directors. Board terms currently have no limit, and MSA members annually vote on membership to the board. The board meets monthly and whle members may not attend board meetings except by invitation, abbreviated minutes of those meetings are available on the MSA website and are updated in a timely fashion.

Membership in the MSA is by an annual fee, and members receive a varitey of benefits including but not limited to discounted fees for tournaments, clinics and gear, inter-club play through local programming, rankings; a subscription to Squash Magazine; and a voice in the future of the game. MSA members are also members of the USSRA and are entitled to its benefits.

The MSA values initiatives by organizations and by individuals that are sustainable and/or replicable. To that end the MSA annually earmarks a portion of its revenues to programming. Grants are reviewed and disbursed on a quarterly basis. Some scholarships are also available.
